This is a commission for aramis-dagaz.
His character is actually a house cat sort just with snow leopard markings and brown. He is playing a light song (think mozart) and is kinda wrapped up in his own world (thus the limited BG). I really hope the commissioner likes it (even though my scanner REALLY cut back all the details and totally muddied the colors, especially the red).
There is actually a lot blue in the BG, but you can't see it *hits her scanner*

I just have to ask, is that a Violin, or Viola? Both look the same, but Violas are bigger...Stupid question i know, but i persoanlly am a Viola player, anywho the accuracy of the Instrament is beautiful and the Player seems to really be into what he's playing.

Very beautiful work, Emerald. Aramis has described this character to me several times, as well as the character's parents, and you've done wonderfully at bringing him to life. I feel like I walked in when he was playing softly for himself, and I don't have the heart to interrupt the music.
