Well, okay. So this submission is all about the rabbit in the jar but LOL MY MONSTER HIGH DOLLS WANTED TO HELP OKAY.
So far, he's not yellowing at all. He looks great. His pose has held, there's still a lot of air bubbles that have to dissipate. His soft fur catches them all. ;-;
The brown on his nose has faded a touch, but it's still apparent. I think the fading is due to the blood running out. Hopefully it remains noticeable for a long while.

I'm sure it was. But I didn't do it. I would never purposefully kill an animal for my taxidermy work unless it was legal hunting in-season with permits and the like. I walk a thin line between most people's ethical views on hunting and taxidermy.
Just know, it's either he's preserved forever for artistic enjoyment, or he was snake or monitor food and came out the rear, if you know what I mean.
I much prefer the former.
