This is Ivania, a character created by my beloved Juu for our NWN games.
She's a drow daughter of a valsharess, kidnapped by her insane father (who's now a Drider) and used as his personal assassin/slave.

She eventually escaped to the surface where she found Panthra (NWN version)... and then couldn't get rid of her. ^^

They're now best of friends... and more.
