For them it's about either having the highest form of dominance imaginable, or about submiting completely and ultimately. Reformation cancles that because it renders the act void. But yeah, it's hard for me to understand them too.

I know right. I thing digestion is okay as long as the prey falls asleep/passes out beforehand, and is then reformed. The pred gets nurished and the prey gets to live.

Some are cool with digestion, just not with it ending in permanent death. But then of course you run into the group who say reformation is "going too far into magic crap" and that it's "not possible". Bring up the fact that they're anthropomorphic creatures and they say "well that could happen with genetic testing blahblahblah". At that point I just laugh.

Oddly enough, digestion is one of those things I can be a little odd about. Basically I prefer it is the prey continues to exist in some form, though that form is most likely trapped completely until the predator says so :p

Though of course, I certainly approve of it. Prey of any type should not be eaten, unless the intent is to digest them.
