This was an adorable commission for someone on deviantART. This sculpture was for her parents, I thought that was incredibly sweet! :D
I really enjoyed working on this one. I got a chance to try out my new semi-realistic pet sculpture style. This was also one of the first times I have really sculpted two animals interacting together. :)
Sculpted from Super Sculpey/Sculpey firm polymer clay over foil armatures. Painted with acrylic paints and glazed with Varathane's Polyurethane. The wooden base has also been stained and glazed.
