I'll take it as a good thing that the difference in uploads is growing more incremental!
This time I wanted to really focus on the openness and expressiveness of the eyes (and the adjacent areas such as cheeks, brow and 'snout' – such as it exists for Lapin) rather than just the anatomic structure.
I've expanded the eye all the way from the pupil out (jumped from 37mm to 52!) and opened the eyelids just enough to get back towards the rounded look of 3.0.
I didn't want to turn him into an amorphous blob, though, so after I was done with that I also injected a little bit of a flattened and tapered section on the nose bridge to make it a little more sleek and pointed.
Furries, I suspect, have kind of a built-in AutoSquee factor which can compensate for and gloss over slight issues which a general audience might not be so forgiving of – a key concern if this is to be a public-outing fursuit!
So this time I'd also like to very gratefully acknowledge my non-Fur yet highly-supportive wife who patiently provided 'gut-feel' feedback over at least a half-dozen iterations between 4.0 and 4.1
(Yeah sorry Kaz, I know you said it was fine. I kinda ignored you)
