So here's the general design for Cloud Skimmer's adopted dad. He was working as a taxi pony in manehattan when he found her, and now he's a general labourer. It's 3am, so some things are a little off (eg the back leg) but what evs I'll tweak that later. The name and cutie mark are also up in the air >.<
