It sure seemed like it when this happened!
In hindsight, the precise surgically sliced body of the male guppy should have been enough proof of who the culprits were...but CSI didn't exist in the late 70s/early 80s, and I never read much Sherlock Holmes...and I don't think Quincy had come out yet either!
But they will soon be caught...next episode!

Thankx! Kevin's got four costumes already...I've only shown two of them so far! (The third one has been alluded to in my musical submissions...) It's difficult...but I'm trying not to shoot my avatar load all in the first week of October! XD So you only get Frankenhippo and/or Pirate Hippo for awhile...
...and I'm making yet another costume for him right now!
By the time Hallowe'en comes, there will be so many versions of Kevin's avatar on pages feeple just won't know what to think!
