I say it can't . You known the quality of this picture is very low than another pics drawn with tablet :]
Trust me , i've and always use mouse for 3 years , i know all problem while drawing with a mouse ...

the thing i'm counting on when it comes to tablet is the pressure sensitivity.. to make those fur effects much more faster & better.. well you right my friends its not always about tools its all about skills on how you do it or make it ^^
