This is Dorian! I just got him earlier today. Ahhh. I wish I could hold him right now and hug him and squeeze him! But he's far too nervous at the moment.
He need a few days to chill in the new environment before I go prodding at him.
Thankfully he's eating though! Some birds wont eat after a big transition, but he's eating away and pooing like a rocket!
And yes, this is a small cage. He will only be in it for a week or two. My dad is working on a really awesome cage for him. A lot prettier too. This all-white cage is pretty ugly. :>

Fantastic ^^ Depending on how he was raised at the breeder it can take a little while for him to warm up, but just keep at it and he will come around. Most birds, especially young don't deal with big changes well so I'm sure that is part of it.
One of the things you will want to do is introduce the bird to fruits and veggies. Each bird is different on what they like, but overall it's important for their diet that they are not only eating seeds and sunflowers. http://www.indianringneck.com/feeding/
The one major thing I can say about Indian Ringnecks is that they have a very tenacious attitude, if they want to do something they are going to do it come hell or high water. Keep that in mind when working with the little bird. Also, although stubborn, once they learn something they understand it very quickly, you might just have to show them 100million times before they give in.

Ah, one last note. As he grows up try to find what kind of treats the bird likes the most, this is going to be the absolutely best tool you have for directing their attention and rewarding good behavior. Lemon herself likes crackers and water (she likes to dunk them), as well as life cereal.
As for warming up, I think he's warming up very quickly. He's generally interested in my presence and will come up to the close-side of the cage and CAW CAW CAW really loudly for attention. It's just when I stick my hand in the cage that he's like "ooohh noooo"
And yeah, the breeder told me what fruits and veggies he likes so far. :> The breeder was very informative about his birddiiiesss, and very nice too. He showed me all his hatchlings and my heart melted ;V; ....so uglycute
But yeah- I'll take it at what ever pace needed. Thankfully he has gentle bites. haha
