Im not familiar with the abbreviation of GSG+1. Is like a persian weave?

It IS a persian weave, actually. AFAIK, it's not an abbreviation. GSG is a weave that is half-persian 3-1 sheet 6, but only two columns woven down instead of across. GSG+1 is that, except three columns.

You could! Anyone can. Just takes a little patience and time. If you'd like to start learning, go to your local craft store and pick up some cheap copper 20ga craft wire, and a package of cheap aluminum knitting needles. You can use those as mandrels for winding coils, (as they're almost perfectly straight and smooth.) and cut your rings apart with fingernail clippers. You can work those easily with just your fingers, lessening the need for pliers for starting out.
