Well, this is an old picture I have finally gotten sometime to finally color it in. guh, so so happy how this turned out. It's been a while since ive drawn some fan art and its about time i got around to doing a color version of steelwing. hes my boy lol.

This is based off the episode of batman where all the villains were turned into babys. so i was like "well, what if the tables were turned XD" so here is my version of it lol
