I've never had the bitter-sweet feeling of loss of a pet, for I was never lucky enough to own one (mom is terribly allergic). I feel for your loss, however and I know it must be difficult. In my humble opinion, all things great and small have huge spiritual value and I'm sure you felt this through the love you shared with him. He lives on in you and I'm sure, whatever awaits us in the afterlife awaits his pure spirit aswell. Your picture is a beautiful expression of love and loss, thank you for sharing it with us.

I'm sure I will be able to see Neko again sometime, and I hope he's having fun. he was only 2 when he died, so... I'm hoping he has as much fun as he can ^_^ thank you again.
