So these eggs are just over a month old. They are due to hatch July 12, so under a month left! There were originally 7 eggs total, but only 2 were actually good. Both are filled with veins and you can see the baby snake embryo forming (and moving!) at the bottom of the egg. Unfortunately I was unable to actually capture this with my camera. If you look closely you can see the veins.

These are california king snake eggs. =)

I know some were interesting in buying some king snakes from me this year - but with only two good eggs, you may have to settle for corn snakes ^_~... THese two kids are sticking with me - no matter what gender they are. =)
