As you all may remember, a little while ago I made a picture of Pinkie Pie as The Joker. Well, ever since then I've wanted to do another picture of similar nature, but I DIDN'T want to do one that has already been done by so many others, such as Twilight as Harley Quinn, or Rarity as Catwoman, Fluttershy as Poison Ivy, etc.

So for the longest time, this question puzzled me: Who?

Then one day upon browsing along websites like DA, and Google, I found the answer: Duela Dent. The self-proclaimed "daughter" of The Joker.

The only question NOW was who would be her? I then remembered that I had been wanting to draw Surprise for a while, and it felt like the perfect place to kill 2 birds with one stone.
