I decided my icon needed more pizazz, so I took the cutest panel of the hail comic and added a colorful background. This is 5 times the size of my icon, and the original file I worked with was 2 times as big as THIS. I like to color my comics large enough to put on posters if I ever decide to display them at a convention. I started doing this because I WAS going to display these at a fair to premier my comic, but the fair got canceled before I could order the prints. Coloring for an 11 x 14" poster on a computer from 2002(or thereabouts) is slow, but I want my prints to look awesome.
