Oddly enough, that's never happened to me. I've had many many dreams where I'm peeing, but I always wake up dry. Moreover, the pee stream in the dream never stops--likely because I'm not wetting the bed, so the full signal from my bladder never ceases, so my dream self thinks there's always more pee to pee.
