I told Kyre I wanted to draw his CoH character sometime, so that's what brought this around...kinda. It's also a joke that came around because of his love for the tazer subweapon...and I'm guessing that one little ordeal with Kerry's speech and that idiot. Anyway, it made for a funny picture I thought.
