The Pen is Mightier Than the Sword - Gift art from Kwolf13!
Kwolf13 surprised me today with this image of Jeeves holding his deadly weapon of choice! It's always wonderful to receive art of my character, but even more so when unexpected and unsolicited. She's got a gallery full of cute stuff, so go check her work out! :3

Why?
No, seriously, why did you feel you had to say that? I think it's a very cute piece of artwork, and if you look at their gallery it's full of cute and enjoyable pieces to look at. No artist starts out as a Kacey Miyagami or a Blotch, but this is still some wonderful artwork, and I'm very proud to display it as both a gift AND as a drawing of my fursona.
If you don't like it, don't say anything. If you think you could do better, then go and do it, but leave the attitude behind.

Since we're on the subject of criticism...
Let's have at it, shall we?
We could all say how full of shit you are too, or how much bullshit you possibly contain that it spews right out of that horrible character of yours (both your distasteful attitude and your generic boring "fursona") if you even scraped the few brain cells you had to crap that idea out your ass that is. But we won't-- oh wait never mind, I can already see where your feedback on how your so called "critique" and self-proclaimed right to call something "shit" got you. Lol.
That aside, you can call this witty retort in response to your useless initial remark whatever you like, but you may want to actually look up what the idea of "crit" actually is, because that my dear pink fellow, from you was a load of steamy, horrendous bullshit. If you were actually going to "complain" as you claimed you should have, you would have an in all due respect to the artist and commissioner, done so in a less barbaric manner.

Y'know what else is shit?

I don't think you have any sane, functional grasp on what the key differences are between "critique" and "criticism" and their levels of usefulness to an artist. Critique explains -why- a piece is bad or needs improvement, and oftentimes is accompanied by suggestions on -how- to improve it (which is something even people who -aren't- artists can and do offer, without being a confrontational lump of offal). Criticism is badmouthing for it's own selfish, recreational sake, with nothing helpful to offer the artist to whom it's being directed. Your comments had no constructive criticism within it whatsoever, thus negating the ability to even -call- it critique, instead of seeing it for the low-class heckling criticism that it is. You obviously don't care -why- you feel it's bad. All that matters to you is the cruel pleasure of just being an ass to be an ass. Otherwise, your comments would have taken on a very different tone and wording.
Despite how tactlessly malicious your so-called "critique" was, you inadvertently payed Kwolf a very sincere compliment, amid your drivelling stupidity and hollow sense of self-entitled superiority. Because apparently, the things you like, you steal, so it's -damn- nice of you to dislike her art so much. Quite considerate of you, in fact!
As a reward for your kindness, allow me to reciprocate by returning your generosity with your same manner of "critique" ... don't be a blowhard. Aren't vague and insulting suggestions great?! =D

I think that is incredibly rude, if the pic was made for someone it isn't even open for critiscism, the only person who has the right to crit is the person who comissioned/requested the art in the first place.
Maybe they don't teach respect and manners where you come from, I don't know that's just myt two cents.

Now, I /could/ complain about what a terrible shithead you are, and how this offers absolutely NO criticism.
You should probably insert your foot into your mouth, then your head into your anus, and then draw something better since you just must be soooooo talented.
Holy shit, I bet you're the next Blotch aren't you?

Just wanted to thank you for posting this. It indirectly led to me pre-emptively blocking someone I don't need to deal with.
This piece is cute, no matter the perceived "quality." When a white canvas can be a work of art, anyone can say anything about anything. There is no "terrible" or "beautiful" in art, only opinion. And money.
Cheers, you!
