I love his expression, this definately fits Rockos character ;)
Awesome drawing overall, which makes the viewer wonder what he is looking at..
The only thing I notice is that the tail gets a bit thicker at the end, I'd make it a bit thinner to fit rockos appearance in the TV show

It's one of the first images on this site of a cartoon character I was once obsessed with (Rocko being my favorite cartoon character) ... that isn't drawn with large.... bright pink wang. I'm okay with that but... half these characters dominated my childhood.
