I learned my lesson about getting good sunglasses years ago... they might not break as fast, but they get lost/scratched/stolen before they're worn out. And I can wear cheap crap at work without worrying about loosing or breaking them.

Haha good good point. My uncle works construction, so he has a set of beat up ones for working, and a nice pair.
Brother is the same way, he got a pair for low 200ish (Hes in the military so they're discounted), and he only wears them on special occasions.

I had to travel, and I shan't do it again. In all, with the hotel snagging an extra $300 to 'hold' over my reservation payment, it cost me over $1200 just to attend.
That $300 they grabbed prevented me from getting any comms, swag, or adding to the revenue to the local businesses. In all the Con was great, the hotel experience was abysmal and navigating Bush Intercontinental in Houston was a nightmare.

Love AC, but I'll limit myself to Texas Furry Fiesta from now on.
