Well... he is obviously not amphibian, considering he does not require to live near water and is warm blooded. He also does not have fur, but is rather just green skinned. Though, his species may have evolved from some reptilian type animal. Maybe something akin to if some dinosaurs had a chance to evolve to our state.

As for Radarr... who knows? XD Storm Hawks takes place on an alien planet that has an interesting variety of humanoid beings.

He's definitely part amphibian, it's been mentioned a few times on the show before, although those could just be insults. XD I'm not sure we'll ever know.

And I was kinda thinking that Radarr was sorta like an Ottsel (like Daxter from the game Jak and Daxter). Only blue...and more insane and wild-looking...plus can't talk human...
