Little sketch I made for a friend, which was then cleaned up and colored. I like how it came out, as I'd never drawn a lugia before and their wingarms are quite difficult to proportion correctly (at least for me). Might shade and highlight it in the future, but for now it's just flat colored.

Oh and pay no attention to the dragon in the bottom left, it only encourages him.
