1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 a zuccinie
1/2 yellow squash
1/4 c sliced onion
1/2 c mushrooms sliced
1/4 c jicama sliced
1/4 c brockolli diced
1 tbs garlic salt
1 tsp tyme sage and oregeno each
Dash of cummin
Heat oil (i used some bacon grease ;3) add seasonings stir then sear both sides of the breast add veggies and cook till texture is aldente.
Sauce
1.5 c milk
7 2 inch square pieces of mozzerela
1 tbs garlic salt
1 tbs bacon grease
1/2 c crumbled bacon pieces (abought 3 slices fried)
1 tbs sour cream
1/3 c chedder cheese grated
Simmer milk , grease , sourcream, and garlic salt then add cheese melting touroughly then add bacon simmer for another min then thickened to taste
