Next time you're in America, someplace out of the way, keep an eye of for one of these. They're microwave tranceiver towers used by AT&T for long distance telecom (and cold war military stuff) up to the end of the 80's. Many of them have been refitted for cellular service, but some, like this one, are completely abandoned. Oh, and I'm not dead, just between work/car fixin'/other real life type stuff, I haven't drawn, well, anything.

These microwave horns are getting harder and harder to find. We used to have a fully fleshed-out tower with around ten horns on it near the West Orange Trail, but they removed all the horns about two years back. Now it's just an empty skeleton. *sigh*
Right near the Folkston Funnel, there is an RV park that has used the horns that used to be on the tower across the street as signs for the park. Interesting to say the least. :3
