I wouldn't necessarily say people stole your idea. It's a common trope. Like heterochromia or robot arms or tragic pasts (oh dear fuck tragic pasts).

Besides, giving someone an unusual quirk means nothing unless you give them an interesting back story and reason for having it. Otherwise it's just...there, like a stain on a window.

Honestly, I don't think you should let others' character designs impact how you make your own. I mean you're Von FUCKING Verrikan.

Yeah, kinda feel bad now since I havnt thought of it but Ghost also has cybernetic eyes, lol. I think Von should have his eye back haha, I'm sure he invested quite a bit of creds in it =p but yeah, sorry if I was part of why you got rid of the idea ^^;

Ahh lol, well I feel a bit better now X3 but yeah, Ghost's eyes are able to see through some walls for a limited distance, similar to how enemies are highlighted in Hunter Mode as a Geth on the ME3 multiplayer, only instead of red everything is highlighted in blue.

No I mean full on eye-steal with it being the left eye, same look (I mean come on, design your own), same reason for it being there, etc. It soured my desire to use it, is all.

Ahh, I can see where that would be bothersome. I've had some similar issues myself.

I suppose, though then again it's hard to be original when it comes to character design anyway. Literally everything has been done before. There are only so many colours you can use, body parts you can chop off and relatives you can kill to make things interesting. In the end, for me anyway, I think the stories behind it are the more important things in that respect because you're forced to be creative, know what I mean?
