One of the support character in the story. Empress of a distant planet Thalmara, where Galactic Federation was founded. As such, not only does she act as empress of her planet, but she's also one of the main members of the Federation Council. She's around 250 years old (and still far from being what's considered "old" among her people), and is considered to be the finest leader her planet (and Federation) ever had-professional, strict and ruthless, but fair and just towards criminals, gentle and modest towards her people, servants and colleagues, both in the Empire and Federation. Shows great interest in Andrew, considering him to be the hero that might help not only Earth, but entire Federation in the conflicts against Centurions and Rhabalds, Federation's greatest enemy. Despite her high position she's very humble when adressing Andrew and will do anything to support him, even if it means dabbling in illegal businesses-she's not afraid to get her hands dirty if it's for the well-being of those she represents.
