It's a form of dragon, in it's other forms you'll see the other inspiration come into play more... The Foo Dog. The Electric Kibatsu has control over electricity, it can either electrocute through touch or shoot electricity from its mouth. The longer fur along it's body emits sparks when angered or frightened. Clothing for the anthro form is a tight to the body top with flowing sleeves, light leather armor tan in color. Form fitting pants around the waist that widen at the base and then narrow again just around the ankle. Metal arm bracers are worn to help conduct electricity, in the anthro form it can also electrocute through touch in a more controlled fashion than in it's feral form. Anthro form's weapon is a Javelin.
