You wouldn't believe how hard it actually is to wield a scythe without some sort of handhold towards the blade (I've found this out after making my own for LARP, I may post pictures at some time)...

Nice job, though. ^__^

Thanks, though I've been having trouble properly drawing those hand-holds... I mean, I've held a scythe properly, seen many pictures of of them, and I can still not get them right x_x

Yeah, they're hard to build properly, too... I think I went through a few bucks worth of pipe and wood to get it wieldable... *hrms* Maybe I ought get a piccie of it sometime?
