Of course, mine was rusty and had no brakes, but still...

This one is getting there, though the back brake still works fine. Did you have the normal type of scooter?

Sorry I misread what you said. Yeah, they are unsafe! I've had many close calls on that thing. Twigs and cracks presented a dangerous obstacle.

Must not have been there for long. Just some rust on the suspension and a missing brake... And hand-grips. Works, though! Then there was when I hit a twig going down a hill at 20 MPH...

They seem to like taking the handgrips off. I noticed quite a few are missing them. I duct taped a torn one specifically so it wouldn't come off. I've also noticed the bmx bikes just have a plastic seat. No padding

Just crapping people, not caring for their safety. Of course, mine had parts of the normal brake left, but it didn't work. The back one just sends you flying over the handle bars.

Cool. that's strange the way your handlebars are attached though. On mine the individual handles come off and clip onto the stem. It looks like on yours the handlebars come off in one piece.
