The sadness, hopelessness, and slight pensive look are all really sweet here. She's gorgeous, of course, and I like the rain effect. It's a touch on the blue side, but there could be dozens of explanations for such.

It's cute to see her crest looking particularly droopy, compared to usual looks. The reflections and lighting seem consistent, which is nice. As well, her paws are lovely ^^

Back to being sad about how sad this is. :c
