I still really need to work on my cartoon humans. This man basically has the hardest face to draw ever so I am constantly trying to figure it out. It doesn't help that he is apparently made of rubber and can stretch it into any ridiculous contortion! I am convinced he really is a Time Lord. 8|

It is pretty clear who the guy is. :P I recognised him instantly, but because I don't know Dr. Who (Shun Shuuuuun! Shun the nonbeliever!) I didn't immediately go like "oh hey it's that guy from Dr. Who" just because I don't watch that. But I definitely did go like "It's that guy that I've seen pictures of. And I believe I know him from some film or so... Who is this guy? Why can't I remember..? O_O" So you did a good job, because I was able to recognise him and believe me, that means something. xD
Okay well it's even more awesome that you could recognize him as David despite not watching Doctor Who! I expected people to only know from the silly clothes hahaha. That is actually a huge compliment. Thank you very very much!!! <3 He has the best bug eyes and most expressive face I have ever seen. 8D
