I don't know exactly when I did this, I can only place it somewhere in the early 2000's. Remember the Sonic Foundation? That was one of my favorite Sonic the Hedgehog fan sites back in the day. It's apparently still around (www.sonicfoundation.org) but only as a message board. And as far as I can tell, that hasn't been active since 2010. All the fun stuff I remember is gone.

The TSF main site and chatroom was hit by porn spammers in late 2008 and was dormant (save for them) until about mid-2009 when all the archives went offline. The message board survived maybe a further six or seven months before falling into dormancy, I'm not sure, I didn't keep track of it after the archives went down. Kedzie K's still lurking around the net somewhere, haven't heard from him in ages.
You did submit this to TSF...I remember because way back in late 2003 TSF did a cycle of all their submitted banners for about eight or nine months. Yours was up there along with quite a few others. I do remember this as having been one of my favourites ^_^
