I... can't think of a name for her. And I'm pretty sure this isn't her final design, the uniform at the very least will be different at some point. And. Yes. I am bad at artist's comments.

Also I feel I should note that I accidentally cribbed off of Captain Amelia (from Treasure Planet) a bit but I think I managed to minimize it in the finished product.
