These're 18g 3/16. Not quite armour yet, unfortunately. Not nearly enough rings in my stock for that XD

16g 1/4" rings for armor. Over 200 hundred hours of work and $150! xD You can lower the time though if you dont make them yourself. More expensive though

I was going to use 18g 5/32 rings for armour. Still don't have enough XD Gonna cost me a ton too.

And do you mean what the pattern looks like?

Not exactly sure what you mean, but my original point is if you buy them premade rather than wire will save you a ton of time.

Im not sure what it looks like in real life, so im not sure, but if you didnt tell me what it was, i probably wouldn't of known.

Good god 18ga 5/32" is small.... AR of 3.3.... Won't make anything larger than a 4 in 1, or a JPL chain as far as I know. I wish you luck as they are MUCH smaller than all the ring sizes I use. Besides my MicroMaille supplies of course.

Like I said, Im working on 16g 1/4". That has a diameter of of 4. Im just saying, a diameter difference of that size means twice as many rings, and twice as long.

Yep, thus the time. But if you use smaller rings, it gives it a more solid look, at least from a farther viewpoint. It's worth the time :D

This is what I said. And like I said before, buying premade saves you LOTS of time. Mine are all handmade from plain ol' wire.

I'm gonna get premade rings, but no premade sheets. Gonna be as close to handmade as possible.

Didn't realise you could get sheets. But ya, mines made from scratch. The only way it could be made 100% by me is if I blacksmithed the wire. Which I have the know how on how to do it by the way! ;D

It doesn't seem like making the wire would be too tough...But I wouldn't know XD

All you have to do is poor liquid hot aluminum into a mold. Nothing to difficult! ;D

That is, unless you're anodizing. Then just add a step after you cut it, right?

Right. But not that it is really neccessary as common solders only had regular aluminum, not bright, had no electricity to anodize, so my armor would be worn by a king only as it is made of bright aluminum and copper.
