Chibi Rapha :D Drew this back when I went through a short lived (but still loved) TMNT phase.

Random new shading style used for this. Havnt used it since, oh well. lol.

Not my best work, but I guess its ok.

Background is reference from a TMNT wallpaper I had at the time.
