Xya sat on the edge of her tower balcony staring up into the night sky. The evening air feeling cool against her scales. Her lacy outfit fluttering softly around her stomach in the breeze. She loved this place. The calm, the quiet. She could hear herself think here. Away from the rabble and judgement of everyone else. This was her place, her sanctuary.
She smiled softly to herself as she looked up to the full moon. It felt so close she could reach up and touch it. Maybe a quick flight through the night air would make this evening perfect.
A shrill sound broke through the silence, a constant long beep. Xya grumbled and rolled over slapping her alarm clock. She growled as she laid face down in her pillow. The early morning sun peaking through the curtains of her room. She sat up and stretched sighing to herself.
" Guess I'll have to take that flight next time..." she said as she got out of bed and walked for the shower to get ready for class.

Absolutely LOVE this pic. My sweet angel drew it for me while I was at work. It was so unfair, she only told me " she is sitting" when I asked for a hint. She made me wait ALLLLLLLL night while I was at work to come home and see it. I love her outfit. This is so much better than I imagined.
