Character concept I've had for quite some time. I'm not entirely sure if this'll be his final design clothing/accessory wise but body type/structure will definitely stay the same.
I still don't have much of a personality wise for this dude so i don't know how often he'll be appearing but eh i figure i may as well post this now cause i'm absolutely sick of this picture XD
