Mother Pus Bucket did this one give me fucking problems. this is all in coloured pencil. i have no idea why but all my art materials have become sabotaged or some shit. honestly it is like the universe did not want me to get shit done.

anyway this one is a Plethora of horrors, the biggest of which was doing his body colour. i started by laying down what was once called light flesh colour but now light peach except i have eaten peaches and they do not look like that. ANYWAY so i am going along and all of the sudden OMFG! streaks of reddish brown from NOWHERE> well not nowhere. the fucking middle of the pigmentented wax lead there was suddenly a new surprise colour! i am guessing a chunk of something that did not mix into the batch from which the colours were made. a hard chunk of redish material! and it was HARD. i uses softer leads so i can blend them. this was hard enough it almost went through the paper. so i wear down the pencil til it stops making the horrible marks. sharpen it again and go to work ONLY TO FIND HITCHHIKER 2! SATANIC BUGGALOO! same colour as before but this one is made of hate. and diamonds. it literally gouged the surface under the piece as i was working. luckily the paper was obviously made by impossible industries and was stretchy and did not rip or slice. so now i am all like FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
so i wear it out. losing two inches of pencil in the process leaving me micro nub to finish. so i grab the terra cotta to shade with. it for some reason acts like i am trying to colour this thing on a brick. the textures it gave OMG the textures. so i am again all FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
but i figure i have the ALL POWERFUL COLOURLESS BLENDER! so i bring it to bear. it stops so much blending and decides to start MAGNIFYING THE HORRORS! fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. i toss it aside and stare at it..... and stare.... OMG OMG OMG OMG this is the original of course and while i have a good scan of the line art. i would have to print a new one. which is a bitch. cause all we have is the industrial printer 9001 jumbotron. which has regular printer paper in it. and requires a small army of highly trained veleocoraptors to change. SO I MUST RESCUE THIS ON MY OWN! then i remember i guess what you Youngins would call a hack. (but since this is not a computer system nor the matrix that would be a very wrong term so i used an art trick or kludge cause we actually had words for this shit before the internet age and people thinking they discovered shit we already knew like how to use a wire coat hanger for a million things. Oh i mean repurposed and upcycled a wire clothing hanging device into a myriad of new and inventive hacks... fuck everything really) so i remembered back in college and high school we did not have fancy colourless blenders and we certainly did not have a UNDO function (though we could dream one would be invented someday! unfortunately my video card goes epileptic trying to load even most simple graphics anything. not that that would have helped me at that point anyway you know being a fucking dinosaur and using real mediums like some sort of ironic steam punk fucker)

anyway back then we used a white pencil to blend. but you had to keep going back over it with the colour you were blending to get the colour to be there cause white pencils while blendy also make everything a pastel shade of itself. HAHAHAHAHA i will just white that fucking mark out. which it did. Perfectly! mwhahahahahahahah HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

however if this piece ever catches fire it will easily burn twenty minutes from the amount of wax on it.

and yeah had similar problems with the sun and the beach and the rocks and a small hand seizure got me to accidentally colour into the star cutie mark... cause you know i had not had enough shit til that point. yeah hand seizures. they have been around for a while. they make me toss pencils or drop jars with hilarious results. but i guess everyone has them. though i have never seen anyone else have to sit there waiting ten minutes for their hand to stop flopping around
