Thank you. I had the help of a couple of reference images on the uniform but that's no guarantee I did the design any justice.
Personally speaking on the hair, I like him with it but I happen to be a fan of hair and long hair at that. He'd work either way but the hair can help add to the dynamics of any action pose...or get in his eyes if he's not careful.
