It seems unlikely, ya know, if we're to understand that there are literally tend of thousands of other galaxies out there, that we're the only ones with a habitable planet. Plus, I think the idea of Aliens existing is a romantic one. But why would they come here? I suppose... Maybe if they also needed the confirmation there was other life out there... somewhere...
