I played around with a design and thought about changing it to a more standard pegasus but then said FUCK IT and liked my original concept more. The only thing I changed was her mane and her cutie mark.
Meet Sunset Strider! An inhabitant of the Everfree Forest that's part pegasus pony part pixie (on her father's side). She... doesn't really know her true father. All her mother would tell her was that he was some sort of pixie that "gifted her with a child when she could have none."
Sunset loves helping form the clouds around sunset for spectacular views around dusk to make a beautiful entrance for Princess Luna's breathtaking night! She's more nocturnal than most normal ponies, choosing to celebrate the night instead of the day.
