Futzing with cel shading type things, trying to get back into the swing of things. I haven't done character drawings in the longest time, if you don't count ponies. (And they are so simple that I don't tend to.)

Decided to revisit some characters I had as a wee middle schooler for the heck of it. The one on the left is one I've had since fifth or sixth grade, which explains the, uh, super original design. The one on the right I used as my fursona in... high school, I think.

These poses came out a little strange looking. That'll learn me to draw nothing but ponies for months. :(
