I had a small collection of LCD games as a kid. Most of them were made by Tiger and based on a variety of existing games/cartoons: TMNT, Top Gun, Garfield, and a few others. In the pre-Gameboy days, these things were essential for family vacations. I think eventually my mom sold them all in a yard sale.
I debated on having Peter playing one of the games I actually owned as a kid, but decided instead to make one for The Chronicles of Ademar. Help Lily chase after Links, while defending herself against a swarm of Grobian Beetles! (trust me, that description will make more sense once the first book is finished, hehe)

He could be using the Play & Charge kit for the 360. Keep playing the game while the battery recharges!
Or maybe he's using the Batman: Dark Knight controller, which is wired (yet still awesome). Dang Microsoft and their strict hold on wireless tech for third-party controllers.

I remember having a few LCDs as a kid, one of my favorites was this racing game can't remember the name of it but it was very entertaining to my young ADHD and austistic mind. :) Good memories as a kid, thanks for bringing back my childhood memory of owning one.
Sadly I do not know what happened to them real shame I didn't keep better track of them. :( I was very destructive of my toys sorta like Sid from the first Toy Story movie, thankfully when I entered my teenage years I started to take better care of my current stuff.

Ah yes...I remember playing with those too. They're all gone now, but I remember have one for The Lion King, Batman Forever, and I can't remember the others. Problem was I was too fast for them, constantly pressing the buttons too soon because I was reacting faster than the game was moving.
Thanks dude! Yeah, fate conspired to throw a ton of stress at us the very moment the Kickstarter ended. Not just with the new puppy, either; there are several other sources of stress, but I won't go into them here.
Just know that we've reached a point where the stress is a bit more managable. So pretty soon we should be able to stream again and get more work done.

Awesome man glad to hear it! I'm pretty sure everyone here expects a little delay in P'n'C due to the pilot, so don't worry too much about keeping the comic coming weekly. If there is too much stress I'd say your best to make it Bi-weekly until things settle! Just keep us all posted on whats going on! :D
The thing I remember about those LED handhelds was if you viewed them at the right angle, you could see all the LED images there were to display, and you saw every one of them during gameplay... except for that one image, like a star, or some other object that never showed up, and you'd play the game just to see when it would appear.
Haha, I'd say that being a comic character transcends age too. I mean, Peter is 12 since the very beginning of this comic (that was back in 2005, right?) and he doesn't look like he's aged one single day ;) lol
And besides, there are not many time references in the story. So, how do we know they're not actually living in the 80's or 90's? :) (personally, I always thought this comic was set in the early 90's)
Another awesome page dude! :) I just hope you're not too stressed with all the animated pilot stuff
