Coz the main thing I want to practice is the bg ,that's why I didn't pay much time on the char's armar/cloth color~
I also wanted to draw some special effect such as mist ,light ,things like that. But at last I give up= =...I should plan it when doing the sketch ,not when I when colouring.
And....well ,infact ,I redraw the bg three times already ,so this also takes me a lot of time on it ,and coz of that ,the bg become much simple then the first one ,nut yeah ,much natural. So I won't say that I don't like this bg.
Next time when I draw pic like this I will try to draw it more complicated and more natural ,and maybr some special effects. Oh ,yeah ,and also try some different poses ,not just stand or sitting there.

I love the colors, although the only thing I see a bit off is the light source (if any) from our direction. The sunset and everything it reflects off is fine (and the ambient lighting from the neons are good too), but unless someone's taking a picture of her (with flash), some shiny bits shouldn't be happening.
But, that's just nit-picking. Ignore this, it's really fantastic. I'd leave it as is. It's already surreal, so why try to make it realistic? It's fine and everyone seems to like it. :3
