Stripekazama's Chokladbollar (Swedish Chocolate Balls)

Balls of wonderful deliciousness from the kitchens of
StripeKazama
Fibrefilled, delicious snack!
Ingredients
75 grams butter
1 dl sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
3 tbsps cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee powder
2.5 deciliter oat grains
A handful of coconut flakes
How to
1. Mix together the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar nicely together
2. Add the cocoa powder, instant coffee powder and oat grains and mix it all around nicely until it's all a nice mixture.
3. Take a pinch of the mixture and form it into balls, roll the balls around in the coconutflakes and put it aside on a plate. Repeat this with the rest of the mixture and it's ready to eat. Or if wanted, you could put it in the fridge for later.
