A 'SkullHead' Female can only be furtile is it is fitst gen. meaning she would had to have ben created not born but other infurtile SkullHeads can be purdused by breeding a male that carries the trait to a furtile female that shows it.
also as to why her tail is croped..her master just chops off the tails of his female creations =P
