So, a while back my players in the play-testing campaign wound up stealing, adopting, hiring on an 8 y/o orphan Psionic (SC universe telepath) as a NPC pet, mascot, crew member on 
seagullprophet's character's ship.
Earlier this week I had a few minutes of free-time when there were too many children around to drawporn commissions, so I decided to finally sketch him up. His name is Jessie, and he is a "Beta" of Felid descent (Betas are a 'hybrid' species in the game, that can not only have their own base stats, but can take qualities from other species during character creation). When I first described him (as a throw-away NPC) I said he was a "mix of Oliver Twist and Wily Kat" (also they had no idea what gender he was for like, a week) so it kinda stuck. The flat-cap was a later addition, to hide his head-slot item that boosts his Psionics skill (and rather blatantly advertizes to bad-guys what he is), and I suspect an attempt to kiss-up to the GM, since flat-tops are my most favorite hat.
