tsh, it's a shame I couldn't stop thinking of the Maximals as carbon-copies of my favorite Autobot characters. -.-
Even so, i gotta admit, Beast Wars storyline was superior.

the original series had very 'little' continuity. most of the time it was just a way to sell the g1 toys. they did sort of try to get a story line gong later in it but by then it's popularity had waned. at least in the states.
