When they walked out of the temple, it already begun. Sky had the color of indigo, slowly turning to dark violet, it was ful of silvery stars and there were three moons... and RINGS, shining brightly in the rising sun....
She was almost breathless. She felt her eyes filling with tears of deep joy.
"It's pretty amazing, isn't it?" He asked.
"Y-yes, "she sighed and wiped away a few salty drops from her cheeks. "You know what? I haven't been that happy for a long time.“
He nodded a bit. "Would you be afraid if I touched you?" He asked.
"No, not at all," she looked at him, a little surprised. What was he up to? she watched him and waited.
He moved a little closer to her, placing his hand on her's. He looked at her. "Thank you." he told her, then leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.
She blushed a little, but stayed. She shivered when he kissed her forehead and gasped a little. But those words left her a bit confused.
"Erm..what was that for?"
"In seeing you I have gained some hope." He said. "I have been able to think of you as you, and not just a human. It has lessened the hatred I feel; And as such has allowed my sickness to begin to heal."
"I'm glad that I could help you to feel better," she smiled a little. But in the fact, she was very pleased to hear, that he acknowledged her as an individual too. Now, when he was holding back his energy , he was even more adorable to her eyes.
"What will you do now?"
He withdrew his hand once again, watching her through his startlingly blue eyes. At this he leaned in and placed a small kiss on her lips-invitingly so. If she wanted, she could continue it - Or let him pull back.
She didn't expected this sort of answer and at the first moment, she froze again. She was so puzzled that she almost forgot to breath again. He really kissed her? He..the God - her..the Mortal? Suddenly she knew she was accepted, just as a person she really is. She didn't need to play any role now, she was accepted with all the good and bad sides. When she kissed him back very shyly, new tears of happiness and joy slid down her cheeks. She felt like melting..or beginning to shine.
